Terms and conditions

  • Blackout dates apply during Holy Week, Kadayawan Festival week, yuletide season, and long weekend holiday.
  • The promo or booking period will run from January 17 – 18, 2026. 
  • Stay Period until December 20, 2026
    • All room rates are inclusive of a 6% service charge and applicable government taxes. 
  • Stay dates are subject to blackout dates, including but not exclusive to the festive season (December 20, 2026–December 31, 2026), Holy Week (April 2-4, 2026), and other holidays (June 12, 2026, etc.).
  • This promo will offer the following special room rates during the promo period and wedding packages. Refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions. 
  • The rates are subject to a set number of guests per room category. Extra person charges are applicable. Refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions of the property. 
  • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discounts, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
    However, VAT exemption shall be extended and applied during the event proper. Copy of the Senior/PWD ID should be presented to avail of the VAT Exemption during the event proper. If the Senior / PWD cardholder will not be present upon check-in the VAT will be collected accordingly. Full payment is required upon Book and Buy or Voucher Purchase during the promo period for the room accommodation. For wedding packages, a reservation fee is required. Amount will be depending on the properties.
