Terms and conditions

  • Promo codes can be redeemed through the Kris+ app.
  • Offer is valid only for new bookings until January 26, 2027.
  • Full payment upon reservation is required and the booking confirmation will only be issued after receipt of payment.
  • Offer is not applicable for group bookings and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
  • Reservations are non-cancellable but may be re-booked within the promotional period. Re-booking must be made at least 14 days before arrival or within the promotional period to avoid penalty charges equivalent to the full stay.
  • (For Philippine residents) The 20% Senior Citizen/PWD discount no longer applies. However, VAT exemption will still be given during the event upon presentation of a valid Senior Citizen or PWD ID. If the cardholder is not present at check-in, VAT will be charged.
  • In compliance with City Ordinance No. 319, Series of 2020 and Executive Order No. 335, Series of 2021 of the Island Garden City of Samal, an Environmental User’s Fee (EUF) of Php 50 per person (Php 40 for Senior Citizens and Persons with Disability, with valid ID) shall be collected from all in-house and dining guests. Residents of Samal City with valid proof of residency and government organizations conducting approved research or studies are exempted. The fee will be collected upon check-in for in-house guests and upon billing for dining guests.

  • Upon arrival for your reservation, please present the privilege redemption screen on your Kris+app to the front desk staff. Guests unable to comply will have their privilege offer rescinded and will be required to make an additional payment for the discount received.
