Terms and conditions

  • Minimum of two-night stay
  • Offer is subject to availability, and prior reservation is required.
  • Prepayment upon reservation is required. Valid for new bookings only, and does not apply to group bookings.
  • Reservation is non-cancellable and non-refundable, but can be rebooked 14 days before arrival. It is subject to availability and should be within the promo period. Rebooking or amendment is allowed up to a maximum of three times only; after which, payment is forfeited.
  • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts. Senior citizen or PWD discount of 20% off will no longer apply. However, VAT exemption shall be extended.
  • In compliance with City Ordinance No. 319, Series of 2020 and Executive Order No. 335, Series of 2021 of the Island Garden City of Samal, an Environmental User’s Fee (EUF) of Php 50 per person (Php 40 for Senior Citizens and Persons with Disability, with valid ID) shall be collected from all in-house and dining guests. Residents of Samal City with valid proof of residency and government organizations conducting approved research or studies are exempted. The fee will be collected upon check-in for in-house guests and upon billing for dining guests.
